Kelly has completely changed the way we live and how our household functions on a daily basis. She is extremely thorough and thoughtful, yet efficient, in organizing your spaces and finding what works for you. Everything she suggests is based on individual functionality and simplicity, and has great vision. After Kelly helped me with a major closet clean out and organization, I began to realize the possibilities and other areas of opportunity in our home. After the closet came the entire house and I could not be more pleased with the results. PERSONALITY
I might describe Kelly as both a collaborator and a gentle director or co-director.  Also Kelly has a soothing personality that fits in easily with what can be an emotional process.  There is an element of the teacher in her, as she helped me rise above the emotions and experience the process itself more easily.  She is excellent at helping keep the focus, as well.

PROCESS
It can be so helpful to get other ideas. Some decisions just need a combination of a seasoned second opinion or even just a sort of witness, and she is great at providing either, appropriately.  It can be grounding and thus save a lot of time and energy.  Kelly pleasantly gave me guidance for progressing through decisions and, almost in passing, she dropped ideas into my head that helped me later, almost by surprise, when I was on my own.
I had grown a bit blind to lots of things, and she gave me a better ability to see.  Yes, it felt a little miraculous.

RESULTS
Cleaning out is physical work as well as mental and emotional.  Perhaps my favorite part was when she drove off with her car packed to the gills with our old “treasures.”  That is a moment of gratefulness, misty happiness, and real relief.

If you have Kelly help you, you are probably going to save a lot of time and energy, and most likely you will end up with a good feeling about it all, past present and future.  It can seem like magic.

I first encountered Kelly Winship’s amazing skill set in a business environment.  In my many visits to that business I observed its happy work environment to be a direct result of an impeccable organization of both work space and flow.  The more I observed the business the more I realized Kelly’s central role in the place being so beautifully functional.  When I later encountered Kelly and learned that she had started her own business to make her work available to individuals I jumped at the chance to hire her.  It was a totally successful partnership.  Coming from a family of packrats I knew that, after living in the same home for 27 years, I needed to prevent clutter from taking over home.  I also knew that I would experience anxiety and a sense of loss over some of the many things I needed to let go of our clear up our space.  Kelly really understands the process of decluttering a home.  She was fearless, amazing, sensitive and incredibly diligent.  And her lovely, sunny disposition made the whole process really fun.  Together we faced down the clutter gremlins in the place and developed systems to keep our home in order, systems still in place and serving us well a year later.  Nothing changed about it being definitively our home - the place is more beautiful than its ever been.  But we now live in our home in a much easier, more enjoyable and functional manner.  Kelly is a rock star!
